Parent Teacher Interviews are Wednesday, 4 April. Information has been posted in classrooms. Parents must make an appointment online or by telephone!

Trashion Show

Calling all artists and designers! Do you have what it takes to turn trash into fashion? Then Trashion Show is the competition for you! If you want to participate, submit a picture and description of your up cycled created to [email protected] by 16 April for prizes and more!

Outside the Box

Outside the Box, your local girls group will be hosting an anti-tabocco movie night in the library this Thursday, 5 April after school. Come out and enjoy free popcorn and snacks.

Meet with Ms. Goldenberg

Ms. Goldenberg would like to meet with the Treasurer or President of every club in the school. Please stop in and see her during your spare.

Employment Café

The Employment Café is now open and will take place every Tuesday at lunch until June. Come to the Overlea Room at lunch and receive information about summer jobs and/or volunteer opportunities, get help with your cover letter and resume, or get ahead on an interview and practice with one of our community Youth Employment Agencies.

The Reckoner is the award-winning student newspaper of Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. During the school year, The Reckoner publishes regularly on its website and produces a monthly printed newspaper which is distributed to the school community. The organization is comprised entirely of dedicated student volunteers: some of the best writers, artists, photographers, designers, and developers of the school. In 2016, the organization was named Ontario’s Best High School Electronic Newspaper and Ontario’s Best High School Volunteer Newspaper by the Toronto Star.
