Conference Registration

Period 1 Grade 11 teachers and classes please take a few moments to register for the conference. Each Grade 11 student has received an invitation link through their TDSB email account. Students can register using a phone, laptop, desktop computer, etc. Grade 11s make sure you register today!

Assembly

On Thursday, 18 October, Marc Garneau will be hosting a Mental Health and Well Being Assembly during period 5 for all grade 9 students.

Orphan Sponsorship Club

The Orphan Sponsorship Club will be hosting an info session today at lunch in room 328. Everybody is welcome and light treats will be served.

TNO Tutoring Program

TNO Tutoring program is back this year. Cooking for tutors and tutees that need to be tutored in all subject areas. Come on Tuesdays and Thursdays in room 305 after school from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

Don River Law Society

Interested in law? Join the Don River Law Society on Mondays at lunch in room 135 to participate in discussions, improve your public speaking skills, and participate in competitions! See you then!

The Reckoner is the award-winning student newspaper of Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. During the school year, The Reckoner publishes regularly on its website and produces a monthly printed newspaper which is distributed to the school community. The organization is comprised entirely of dedicated student volunteers: some of the best writers, artists, photographers, designers, and developers of the school. In 2016, the organization was named Ontario’s Best High School Electronic Newspaper and Ontario’s Best High School Volunteer Newspaper by the Toronto Star.
