Tennis Team

The tennis practice today is canceled due to the weather there will be a team meeting Friday at lunch in the Phys Ed office and a practice after school at Angela James court, weather permitting.

Mental Health Awareness Week

Attention students: Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Come to the library from Monday to Friday to destress. There will be arts and crafts activities: beading, origami, and creative colouring.

Sleeping Children Around the World

Come learn about what Sleeping Children Around the World is all about! Key Club will be having a representative from SCAW give a presentation this Friday at lunch in Room 341. There will be light refreshments as well. All are welcome!

Prom Tickets

Prom season is on its way! Tickets are $105 and will be sold from 7 to 18 May. You must complete a student contract to purchase your ticket. Everything is available from the SAC office at lunch.

The Reckoner is the award-winning student newspaper of Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. During the school year, The Reckoner publishes regularly on its website and produces a monthly printed newspaper which is distributed to the school community. The organization is comprised entirely of dedicated student volunteers: some of the best writers, artists, photographers, designers, and developers of the school. In 2016, the organization was named Ontario’s Best High School Electronic Newspaper and Ontario’s Best High School Volunteer Newspaper by the Toronto Star.
