Feeling overwhelmed and stressed? Would you like to learn a new strategy to help with those feelings? This Friday, 22 February at lunch in the Art Space, we will be having a free guided meditation for all staff and students by Canadian Buddhist Monk, Kelsang Thekchen. He will explain and guide a simple breathing meditation to calm the mind, create inner peace and improve e concentration. Everyone is welcome and no experience necessary.

Do you have a passion for food or are you trying to learn some culinary skills? Join the culinary club after school on Wednesdays in the main kitchen. You must also have taken a culinary course previously or must be taking it currently.
